As many of you know, I believe in customizing eating lifestyles with a person’s current health status. I typically work with six popular diet types, along with the Risa Groux Nutrition Detox. I believe that not every person is right for every diet, and not every diet is right for every person. For example, if you are insulin resistant, are pre-diabetic or diabetic, you are probably most suited for paleo or keto. AIP is perfect for those who have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, or are likely to develop one due to genetic predisposition (if an immediate family member has been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease like Hashimoto's or Fibromyalgia).
